Prototype Machinist - Yoh : Job Details

Yoh is looking for a Prototype Machinist to come in and join our Biotech/ Pharma client for their state of the art manufacturing building.The ideal individual will come in with 5-7 years of experience with measurements of tools using optical CMM and machining down to the micron level. This is a programmer position not simply operational.Only qualified individuals need apply.Industry: Bio Tech/ manufacturing (Supply Chain)Location: Pleasanton CACompensation: $47-57/hour DOEType: 6-month contractResponsibilities

• Programming setup
• Measurements of tools using optical CMM
• Testing equipment
• Ultra precise measurements

Qualifications

• Self-dedicated person as they will be working in an individual environment
• 5 years minimum but preferred 7 years exp
• Needs to be from a manufacturing background
• Must have GD&T experience
• Needs to know machining down to the micron level (down to the thousandth)
• Not operation but needs to know how to set up and fixturing (Not Button Pusher)
• Preferred CAM software (Hypermill) but Fusion or SolidWorks CAM is ok as well
