Job Description: Pay Range: $105000yr - $110000yr Responsibilities:
- Work with other scrum team members on ingestion of data into Profisee, a cloud based PAAS application hosted in our Azure Kubernetes environment.
- Develop and maintain matching strategies and data quality rules.
- Data Stewardship functions and administering the data stewardship model.
- Gather business requirements and convert to technical requirements.
- Collaborate with MDM Developers and Architects in support of the logical and physical model development.
- Where possible, ensure development of attributes and MDM reference data is aligned with healthcare data best practices (FHIR, HL7, DaVinci, etc.).
- Management of MDM reference data and crosswalks in Profisee.
- Develops and mentors other staff members; develops advanced expertise in tools and shares best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or Computer Science preferred.
- Experience in healthcare related business processes related to medical staff offices, provider onboarding, or ambulatory and hospital operations.
- 2 plus years of experience in Master Data Management - Strategy, roadmap, systems analysis, and application design.
- 1 plus years of experience with MDM tools (Profisee Master Data Management, MDStaff or similar MDM platforms), experience in Profisee MDM preferred.
- Data quality, data governance and metadata management understanding; Experience with Collibra and/or Informatica preferred.

- Extensive knowledge of the system development life cycle, functions and systems and application program development alternatives.
- Roadmap and strategy development, business case development expertise.
