Position Title: Provider Experience Liaison
Job Summary: The Provider Experience Liaison in an outpatient setting will play a vital role in ensuring that healthcare providers have a seamless and positive experience with the organization, while also improving the quality of care delivered to patients. This role often involves a combination of administrative duties, relationship-building, and problem-solving.
- Provider Support: Act as the main point of contact for healthcare providers within the outpatient setting, addressing concerns, offering guidance, and resolving any issues related to clinical operations, technology, or patient flow.
- Enhancing Provider Satisfaction: Work to understand provider needs and concerns, and collaborate with leadership and relevant departments to implement strategies that improve provider satisfaction and retention.
- Workflow Optimization: Assess current provider workflows and collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce burnout among healthcare providers.
- Communication Liaison: Facilitate communication between clinical providers and non-clinical staff (administration, IT, etc.), ensuring that providers' voices are heard and that their feedback is communicated to leadership for action.
- Training and Education: Assist in the onboarding process for new providers, including helping them navigate systems and protocols. Offer ongoing education to providers on new technologies, policies, and procedures that may impact their workflow.
- Data Analysis: Gather and analyze provider feedback, patient satisfaction surveys, and other relevant data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
- Technology Support: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that providers are trained and supported in using electronic health records (EHR) and other technology tools effectively.
- Problem Solving: Proactively address any operational or logistical challenges that providers may encounter, offering solutions and advocating for necessary resources.
- Quality Assurance: Assist in ensuring that care delivery meets quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with quality improvement teams to enhance clinical outcomes.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership, clinical managers, and department heads to align on goals and strategies for improving the provider experience within the outpatient setting.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field. A clinical background (RN, NP, or MD) may be preferred but not required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration, clinical practice, or a related role. Experience in an outpatient healthcare setting is preferred.

Salary: 80,000- 110,000
