Provider Recruiter - Full-Time - Erlanger Health : Job Details

The Provider Recruiter is responsible for all aspects of recruitment and staffing for advanced practice providers in the system to include: physician assistants, midwives and nurse practitioners. In addition to recruitment, the Provider Recruiter will also assist with onboarding all new providers, that includes partnering with the director, department contacts, and other stakeholders to execute the onboarding process that successfully relocates, orients, and integrates the new physician or advanced practice provider into the practice, hospital, system and broader community. Education:Required: Bachelors Degree. Preferred. Experience:Required:Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with clinical providers and business partners at all levels of the organization.
