We are looking to add top talent to our Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas team.Join us in performing Sacred Work!Competitive benefits are offered including:Matched Retirement PlanPaid Time OffComprehensive Benefit Plan - Medical, Dental, Vision and Much More!Bonus PotentialSummary/ObjectiveThe Provider Relations Coordinator will be responsible for directly contacting all physicians, nurse practitioners and physician office staff in BHSET PSA & SSA with a primary focus on Baptist Cancer Network and Primary Care Providers/Internal Medicine Providers. They are responsible for communication with hospital departments and improving physician loyalty in areas that directly affect service line growth.Essential Job DutiesReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.* Identifies and follows up on client needs on a timely basis. Initiates follow-up within one to two days.* Monitors and develops existing Primary Care Providers/Internal Medicine Providers referral networks and establishes new ones. Actively promotes referrals to Baptist Cancer Network and other BHSET services with an emphasis on sales versus service.* Serves as a resource to the BHSET team and senior leaders by providing accurate information and data driven results. Shows initiative in scanning the strategic environment to identify opportunities and threats and reports events and recommendations promptly.* Initiates on-site quarterly review of Baptist Cancer Network's information, services and market trends. Summary reports will be sent to COO and Director of Physician Recruitment and Business Development.* Assists marketing department in developing, promoting, and distributing marketing information to Primary Care Providers/Internal Medicine Provider's offices in a timely fashion. This would from time to time include helping with marketing events in the community.* Provides a weekly report to include total physician/office staff calls, classification type, and topics of discussion, action to be taken and physician visit list for upcoming week. Minimum provider visits will be required.Required Education and ExperienceBachelor degree with experience in sales/marketingExperience in medical sales or other relative experience, ideally including close contact with physiciansRequired License/CertificationsN/A
