Provider Relations Coordinator - Days - Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas : Job Details

The Provider Relations Coordinator will be responsible for directly contacting all physicians, nurse practitioners and physician office staff in BHSET PSA & SSA with a primary focus on Baptist Cancer Network and Primary Care Providers/ Internal Medicine Providers. They are responsible for communication with hospital departments and improving physician loyalty in areas that directly affect service line growth. Essential Job Duties. Initiates follow-up within one to two days. Monitors and develops existing Primary Care Providers/ Internal Medicine Providers referral networks and establishes new ones.
