We have an exciting opportunity for a PSMS Program Manager to work remotely in AR, ME, MO, or OK.POSITION SUMMARY The Pipeline Integrity Performance Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integrity of our pipeline systems primarily supporting our Corrosion Control and Integrity teams. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in corrosion control, pipeline integrity, and performance management. The successful candidate will ensure that all pipeline integrity programs and initiatives are in compliance with industry regulations and standards and will play a pivotal role in advancing our Pipeline Safety Management System (PSMS). PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and manage comprehensive Pipeline Integrity Performance Dashboards to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage the Pipeline Safety Management System (PSMS).
  • Analyze and interpret data from Pipeline Compliance System (PCS) to identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement.
  • Lead initiatives to reduce interference and enhance the safety, reliability, and efficiency of pipeline operations.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting integrity performance and recommended actions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during pipeline integrity assessments and audits.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance company understanding of Pipeline Integrity team.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field with 15 years of experience. 20 years of direct corrosion control experience may substitute for technical degree and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of corrosion control including AC and DC interference
  • Experience establishing and maintaining meaningful KPIs for an organization
  • Experience in Pipeline Compliance Manager and CPDM
  • General knowledge of natural gas integrity processes
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES
