A large correctional facility is seeking a psychiatrist for locum tenens coverage.

The facility is located 2.5 hours southwest of Topeka, Kansas.

The clinician will be using EMR and working alongside a psych NP. Credentialing takes about 3-4 weeks, and an active KS license is needed.

• Case load/PPD:8-10 PPD
• Support staff:1 FT psych NP, Psych RN
• Patient population:Adults
• Location type:On-Site
• Shift hours:Full time (40 hours)
• Cases treated:mental health, depression, anxiety, etc.
• Med checks/follow-up per day:30 min
