Role Description

This is a part-time/full-time hybrid role as a Clinical Supervisor for LMSWs and MHC-LPs (or other LPs) at Brooklyn Psychotherapy. The Clinical Supervisor will oversee their supervisees' clinical work and growth during weekly supervision sessions. Supervisors will also attend (paid) bi-weekly individual and group clinical conferences for supervisors. The role involves ensuring quality care delivery and maintaining a supportive and inclusive environment for therapists to grow and learn.

Qualifications

• LCSW, PhD, LMHC-Diagnostic Privilege with Minimum MA degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field
• High Supervisory Skills (e.g. providing constructive feedback, support, direction)
• Experience working with diverse populations, including LGBTQIA, BIPOC, and Poly/ENM communities
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide clinical direction, treatment, diagnosis, and referrals

Benefits/Salary

• Supervisors are paid between $100-150 per hour depending on experience & tenure.
• Full Time staff (20-25 hours per week) get benefits package including Health insurance, FSA plan, 401K with a match, life insurance policy, 2 weeks paid vacation, commuter benefits, long term disability, sick pay, $400 Reimbursement for CEUs.
