Ability to read, write and properly record for behavior and goal programs accurately as outlined in the consumer plans. High School Diploma or a GED. Valid & Unrestricted N. Y. S. Drivers License. Acquire and maintain all appropriate certifications necessary for the position through internal training such as SCIP-R, AMAP, First Aid and CPR. Must be creative, enthusiastic, highly motivated and have a positive attitude. Requirements Support consumers through teaching them to be the most independent in their self-help-skills, to include bathing, dressing, cooking, eating, housekeeping, laundry, and toileting.
