We are seeking a highly motivated Direct Support Professional to join our team in the Consumer Support Services industry. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities. Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support, while promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with our team of professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client. This is a part-time position that offers flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle.Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License for more than 1 year
- Qualified to work in the US
- Use your problem-solving and critical thinking skills to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Complete physical examination, including tuberculosis test
- Ability to read and understand English as it relates to reading medical prescriptions, directions, recipes, policies, procedures and directions for managing the daily life and activities of Individuals and a safe and healthy home
Pay and Benefits
- $17.50/hour for weekday shifts, $18.50/hour for weekend shifts
- 7AM-3PM and 3PM-11PM shifts and 11PM-7AM
- Full-time, part-time and substitute/PRN shifts available
- Weekday and weekend shifts available

Responsibilities
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Experience with behavior management techniques
- Experience with electronic health records
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications and monitor health conditions as needed
- Provide transportation to appointments and community activities
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and activities
