Knowledge of cleaning equipment and procedures. Knowledge and ability to follow safety practices and procedures. Ability to operate floor scrubbers, buffers, and strippers. Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs). Ability to follow oral and written instructions. Ability to work with minimum supervision. Valid driver's license.
