PT Field Investigator - JNR Adjustment Company : Job Details

Company: JNR Adjustment Company Location: Minneapolis, MN (with offices in FL) Job Type: Part-time Pay: Up to $30.00 per hour Expected Hours: 24-29 per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, on call, Weekends as needed Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct on-site investigations of utility and communication damages
• Develop professional relationships with clients, contractors, and personnel
• Understand and utilize State One Call Laws and Statutes, excavator requirements, and NESC standards
• Collect and process investigation materials using proprietary software
• Assist Claims Recovery team with post-investigation tasks
• Maintain a working knowledge of the entire claims process

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid driver's license and current insurance
• Pass a complete background check and drug test
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Investigation experience a plus
• Knowledge of cable industry and/or utility locate industry a plus
• Flexible work schedule
