PT GENERAL CLERK

The City is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused General Clerk to support the daily operations of the Senior Center. Under the direct supervision of the Facility Coordinator, this position plays a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations, offering excellent customer service, and assisting with general office tasks such as answering phones, data entry, record keeping, and handling daily revenue. The General Clerk will also assist with booking facility rentals, providing engaging tours, and maintaining accurate financial and membership records. This individual will foster a welcoming environment, maintain organized records, and ensure all customer data is accurately entered and updated. A commitment to collaboration is essential, as the role requires flexibility in supporting both the Senior Center and other City departments when needed. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for community service. A high school diploma is required, along with the ability to work evenings and weekends, and obtain CPR, AED, and First Aid certification within six months. Must also pass a driver's license check, background check, and physical exam, including a drug screen.
