PT Ice Cream Operator - Tillamook Creamery : Job Details

Ice Cream Operator 1 assists in the production of ice cream including but not limited to; palletizing ice cream cartons, making mix, operating machinery and inspecting product to ensure quality. Heres a day in the life:Assists in the production of ice cream including but not limited to the following job duties: Inspect product and Mix Making. Equipment Operation and Monitoring: HACCP Metal Detector and Pasteurization Machinery. Production line set-up and tear down and palletizing ice cream cartons,Perform NAV and Wonderware data-entry. Master Sanitation duties including cleaning, CIP and sanitizing procedures. Follow flavor ingredient Bill of Materials and flavor ice cream base instructions. Perform all other duties as needed. Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with co-workers and supervisors. Ability to communicate effectively and willingness to follow instructions.
