Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30) Description: Position / Specialty: Outpatient Physical Therapist- EntireCare Outpatient Clinic (CAMP VERDE) Shift: 5x8 (8am-430pm) Daily Patient Load:10-12 Years of experience REQ:1 Year First-timers accepted:Yes Weekend REQ: Cert & Licensure: *Current license in the state of Arizona- Required *BLS (American Heart Association) - Required *Compact license will also be accepted, but must have AZ added before starting the travel assignment. On Call REQ:No Floating REQ:May be asked to float to surrounding Outpatient Clinics Blocked scheduling:Yes Locals accepted:No RTO Restrictions:Unit Manager's Approval Required Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 6x throughout a 13-week assignment. Clinic Details: Outpatient, off site clinic offering PT, OT, and ST. Diverse patient population including ortho, neuro, chronic pain, balance/vertigo, pulmonary and general deconditioning.
