Need a Physical Therapist for a Physical Therapist traveler position in Illinois! Physical Therapist / PT Traveler position Outpatient setting Outpatient population - primarily adults-geriatrics & adults-geriatrics could include, but not limited to: Fall risk, neuro, general medical recovery, unsteady gait, general weakness, ortho (primarily ortho). Some peds (>9 y/o with ortho diagnoses). 1 year of experience with approximately 6 months of outpatient experience preferred. Outpatient experience required. 13 weeks, possible extension Prefer 4 - 10Hr shifts. Or 8Hr shifts/5 days per week (9a-530p or 10a-630p) 40 hours guaranteed Cerner EMR Dixon, Illinois Illinois license preferred but will accept the Illinois endorsement license.
