Position Summary: Supports the campus by managing the front desk and lobby. Acts as the first point of contact for prospective students, vendors, etc. Provides reception for customers on the phone and in person.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answers and routes all incoming phone calls
- Tracks Admissions phone leads
- Opens facility
- Inputs new leads in CampusVue
- Greets all visitors and callers and answer inquiries
- Gathers and track documents required for student files
- Assists Admission Representatives in file preparation
- Assists with ordering of office supplies
- Orders new employee background checks
- Sorts incoming mail
- Orders meals for different school functions (e.g., new student orientation)
- Takes pictures to produce student and faculty/staff identification badges
- Maintains confidentiality of all business records and information
- Provides assistance to other managers as appropriate
- Handles day-to-day care of current students
- Refunds money for vending machine errors
- Other duties as assigned
