The Avenue Bellevue is looking for a Public Area Attendant for Resident Services for the two landmark luxury Condominium Towers.

The newly constructed mixed-use project The Avenue consisting of 365 luxury condominium units in 2 towers several award-winning restaurant concepts, 1.000 unit parking garage and an extensive 100.000sf of luxury retail space.

Welcome to the Residential Management team of PYRAMID GLOBAL HOSPITALITY!

This position would be responsible for maintening and cleaning the public area of the public areas of the resident towers. This would include:

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of all public areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
• Regularly clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces, including doors, handrails, and elevator buttons.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events and functions as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Replenish supplies in restrooms and other designated areas.
• Respond promptly to resident and guest requests, providing courteous and efficient service.
• Adhere to company standards and protocols, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.

What we need from you:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles, preferably in a luxury residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving equipment.
