Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize public areas using established practice and procedure.Wash, dry and fold all linens in the laundry room. Launder cleaning rags etc..Clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean recycling and trash containers.Wash accessible interior and exterior windows. Clean blinds.This is not an exhaustive list of duties others may be added as necessary.Check all public trash bins.RESPONSIBILITIES TO SAFETY
Protect the safety of self, co-workers, and resort guests at all times.Report any potentially harmful equipment or situations to the immediate supervisor without delay.Report safety-related accidents and incidents at once to immediate supervisor.Follow all company and department safety policies and procedures.Operate equipment in a safe manner that will not lead to injury of yourself or others.Drive in accordance with the law and resort policies.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.RequirementsQUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to calculate measurements, amounts such as amount of cleaning solution to use, proportions, percentages and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.Reasoning AbilityAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
