Public Area Attendant - Indigo Road Hospitality Group - IR Management, LLC : Job Details

Clean and maintain public areas, ensuring they meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. This includes vacuuming carpets, cleaning windows, dusting furniture, and emptying trash cans. Maintain the cleanliness and proper stock of supplies in restrooms, including toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, providing exceptional customer service. This may include delivering forgotten items to rooms, assisting with luggage, and answering general questions. Assist the housekeeping team with tasks such as cleaning guest rooms, stocking carts, and stripping linens (as needed). Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping housekeeping carts stocked and supplies organized. Report any safety hazards or maintenance concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor. Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction.
