This position is responsible for ensuring all assigned areas of Bluejack are clean, neat, and orderly, and in conjunction with Bluejack National's standards, policies, and procedures. Duties generally include cleaning, delivering, and organizing tasks. The position will provide excellent customer service to all assigned clients.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPortray a positive company image and engage in professional and friendly communications with all members, guests, and prospects.Assist with the cleaning of all public areas assigned. Follow the daily checklist.Assist with basic housekeeping duties such as restocking supplies and other tasks as needed.Promptly deliver additional items to housekeepers that are needed to complete a cleaning.Retrieve trash from housekeepers and transport it to the compactor.Retrieve laundry from housekeepers and transport it to the laundry bins.Assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and escalate any customer concerns to management.Provide excellent customer service to all clients, guests, and prospects.Show up every workday on time, in uniform, and with a positive attitude.Perform other duties as assigned.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSHigh School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent preferred.One or more years of professional housekeeping experience or related experience required.One or more years of general customer service experience required.APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:Weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENTThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly exposed to sharp objects, slippery floors, smoke, steam, high temperatures, humidity, and extreme cold. The employee regularly comes into contact with water, sanitation solutions, meat products, poultry products, seafood, and produce items. The employee is frequently required to wash hands.
