Public Health Department OpportunitiesThe Franklin County Public Health Department is accepting applications for the following positions:1) Registered Professional Nurse (FT & Per Diem)A. Graduation from a school of nursing approved by the State Education Department from a course approved by such department as qualifying for Registered Professional Nurse. B. Possession of a license issued by the State of New York to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse at the time of application. IN ADDITION: FOR DEPARTMENTS OF SOCIAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC HEALTH: Must possess a valid drivers license at time of application, maintained throughout employment. NOTE: In compliance with OSHA, this position has a potential risk of exposure to blood borne pathogen2) Senior Account ClerkA) Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with an Associates degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field; or B) Graduation from high school or equivalency diploma with two (2) years of experience which involved maintaining financial accounts and records; or C) An equivalent combination of training and experience defined by the limits of A and B.For position details, qualifications and application requirements, please go to:
