Summary: The Director, Influencer Marketing, PR, will develop, implement and manage PR and influencer strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement in the Americas region for Huda Beauty. The Director, Influencer Marketing, PR will lead and execute strategic PR and influencer marketing initiatives that support our brand objectives. This role involves cultivating relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and stakeholders, creating impactful campaigns, and overseeing influencer partnerships to elevate our brand's presence and credibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional influencer strategy and approach for the Huda Beauty portfolio. Create and lead strategies in approaching talent across micros, mid tier, macro and celeb level influencers for both short term and long term partnerships. Strategically identify talent and influencers for future partnerships and campaigns. Continue to nurture our existing influencer community while looking to expand into new demographics and expand market share through influencer relations. Manage daily communication with influencers/management via email, DM, + text. Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure that brand equity and storytelling are consistent, while developing and modifying plans based on regional needs. Strong collaboration with other departments (Brand, Agencies, E-commerce) to drive overall business needs and keeping teams up to speed on support that can be expected Plan & execute all launch events inclusive of venues, invite lists, production, content contracts, and alignment with global. Partner with Global teams as needed for alignment and support. Work in partnership with Global Marketing/Social to scale and evolve our influencer seeding strategy. Partner with Global on beauty seeding strategy and execution + fulfilment of influencer product needs. Develop and manage the PR and influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies. Lead paid partnerships. Negotiate contracts and partnerships with influencers, ensuring briefs and deliverables are strategically aligned and KPIs achieved. Stay on top of pop culture, social media, influencer trends, as well as emerging technologies and social media platforms and platform updates. Set strong KPIs, measure effectiveness and track learnings for all influencer campaigns leveraging analytical tools when needed. Distribute insights and learnings regularly with internal teams via monthly reporting. Develop and manage the PR and influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies. Monitor expenses, analyze ROI, and adjust strategies accordingly. Oversee the creation of engaging content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media content Requirements: Bachelor's degree 10+ years of influencer or related marketing experience in beauty / makeup, of which 4+ years' experience in identifying, engaging, and working with celebrity, micro-influencers. 5+ years of leadership experience, with the skills to coach and develop high performing teams. Proven track record of successful campaigns in the beauty space and existing relationships with influencers or talent managers. Passion for building relationships and connecting with people. Exceptional written communication skills with keen attention to detail. Experience developing, executing and refining social and influencer strategies. Has a strong understanding of different social platforms and what content would perform best on each platform, content best practices, and organic/paid rights & usage. Obsessed with pop culture, social media, and a natural story-teller. Passionate about beauty with an intense desire to learn and explore ways to innovate in those areas. Self-starter, ability to thrive in a fast paced, start-up environment. Creative thinker to help drive exciting, disruptive content and campaigns promoting brand growth.
