Overview: This position is responsible for ensuring that all guest areas including lobby, restrooms, telephone areas, business centers, conference rooms, offices, gift shops, spa, pools and exercise areas are cleaned to Kingsmill standards.Responsibilities:
- Following all training and general safety rules and regulations while performing job duties.
- Following all policy, procedures and service standards.
- Maintaining all public spaces ensuring the areas are clean by removing trash, vacuuming, mopping and dusting assigned areas in a timely manner following daily schedule given.
- Keeping all public ashtrays, drinking fountains and public phones clean and neat ensuring amenities are stocked if applicable.
- Spot cleaning carpets as required.
- Completing special projects as assigned.
- Responding to guest requests maintaining positive interactions.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Prefer 6 months experience in customer service, hotels or related industry
- Ability to communicate and respond to guests needs
- Possess a valid drivers' license
- Ability to lift, push, pull, carry a minimum of 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or reach, bend at waist and perform repetitive foot and hand action with good hand/eye/foot coordination required for an 8 hour shift
- Ability to climb three flights of stairs on a repetitive basis throughout the day
- Ability to work days, nights, weekends, holidays
