SUMMARY DESCRIPTION: Performs a variety of skilled technical duties and semi-skilled labor in theoperation and maintenance of the wastewater treatment plants; performs adjustments and repairsto plant equipment; collects and documents samples for laboratory testing; performs leadsupervision and training to assigned staff; and performs a variety of related duties as assigned.(Progression Plan: the incumbent shall be required to actively & aggressively obtain additional plantoperator certifications, based on the CWS Utilities Operator Progression Program )
