Caudex people work to extremely high standards, support their colleagues and delight their clients.Due to a period of unprecedented growth, we are expanding our successful team across a spectrum of roles and are now looking for a US-based Publications Coordinator to assist our scientific team by contributing to the effective delivery of a wide range of editorial projects.You will support the team by: - Setting up and maintaining internal and client databases - Tracking projects via databases to ensure all correspondence is captured and compliance is completed - Facilitating reviews of projects whilst ensuring processes are adhered to - Ensuring a high standard of external written communications with authors and clients at all times - Undertaking information research relating to congresses, journals and publications - Completing online submissions for relevant publications-related activities on a variety of websites - Liaising with journal production editors and congress secretariats - Arranging internal and external meetings via teleconference or WebEx - Assisting the senior team members with the delivery of larger projects or series of projects - Carrying out general account administration work Critical attributes for this role are a strong attention to detail, excellent organisation and communication skills, and an ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, within a fast paced environment. Although prior administrative, project and database management experience gained within medical communications is desirable, full training will be given.Salary$50,000 - $60,000 annuallyThe salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
