Operates and controls workover rig equipment including hoisting, derrick, and pumps. Ensures proper handling, installation, and removal of wellbore components such as tubing, rods, and casing. Maintains accurate rig positioning and alignment over wellheads during operations. Enforces all safety guidelines and regulations during rig operations. Conducts pre-job safety meetings and ensure crew compliance with safety procedures. Monitors site conditions, hazards, and equipment wear and tear to prevent accidents or equipment failures. Supervises rig crew during all phases of well servicing operations. Assigns tasks to crew members and provides necessary training to improve performance. Ensures efficient communication with the crew, supervisors, and any third-party service providers. Performs regular maintenance checks on rig equipment to ensure readiness for operations.
