• One Physician Private Practice
• Physician interested in training a Provider to help see patients with asthma, COPD, Allergy, Emphysema along with other chronic disease
• Patient demographic is mix of Medicare and Private Insurance with chronic disease and often multiple co-morbidities
• See 15-25 patients each day
• Office hours are 9-5, Monday-Friday
• No weekends
• Spirometry and PFT in office

Requirements of the Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner opportunity

• Master's level training
• National Certification
• New York State Medical License
• Interest in learning and training -reading and instruction each day
• Training in outpatient medicine during clinical year
