What You Will Do: The Repair Technician's role is to interface with customers, manage repairs of parts and pumps and complete various warehouse management responsibilitiesPosition requirements include strong interpersonal skills, highly self-motivated, ability to work both independently and team-oriented, mechanically inclinedManage and pull inventoryAssemble and disassemble rod pumpsStandard warehouse dutiesMaintain a clean and safe working environmentLoad and unload trucks of parts and pumps when delivered to the warehouseStock materialAnswer phones and greet customersRepair pumps and deliver to their locationOther duties as requiredPre-Employment Requirements:Drug and alcohol testCriminal background checkEmployment verificationMVRMinimum Qualifications:3 years of relevant experienceHigh school diploma or GEDMust be 21 years of age to operate company vehicleValid driver's license in state of residence requiredSome computer skillsGood verbal and written communication skillsGood driving recordBasic math and analytical skillsSolid technical skills to understand computerized measuring machines and metalworking processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing documentsMust be self-motivated and disciplined to work autonomously with minimal supervisionGood organizational skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple tasksPreferred Qualifications:Experience in the oil and gas industry preferredPhysical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focusThe employee is regularly required to talk or hearThe employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material.
