What You'll Be Doing

  • Oversee the implementation and management of the ghost card program within SAP and JDE systems.
  • Lead the month-end process to ensure timely closure for PCard and Epayables within SAP and JDE.
  • Reconcile bank statements for all company card programs to ensure accuracy within SAP and JDE.
  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for all company card program setups, including significant activity related to mergers and ERP transitions.
  • Work closely with senior management and HR teams to drive company compliance and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.

What Are We Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Proven experience managing Epayables and PCard programs within SAP and JDE systems.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and experience with mergers and transitions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including senior management and HR.
