Provides faculty and staff support for the Purchasing card program. Perform critical review of purchasing card transactions Manage University portal for Purchasing card program. Develop and administer appropriate training materials for the Purchasing card program. Propose policy and procedure changes to the program. Primary liaison between the University and financial institution issuing purchasing cards and the Review and input of travel advances and expense reports. Key member of the purchasing card team. Handles confidential materials Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or two years of relevant experience can be substituted for the bachelor's degree. General business, accounting or computerized accounts payable experience. Demonstrated ability to prepare and present training materials for face to face and online presentations. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Access Proficient in web-based applications.
