Responsible for coordination of the vendor licensing process while providing administrative and support services to the Director of Purchasing and Buyers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices. Assists the Director of Purchasing in various aspects of the purchasing operation. Provides potential vendors with all necessary documents to become a Certified Vendor with the Nottawasseppi Huron Band of the Potawatomi Gaming Commission (NHBPGC). Sends out vendor renewals in a timely manner and tracks the return of such applications. Requests missing information from vendors when needed for the Licensing Department of the NHBPGC.
