Key Responsibilities:

Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.

Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term vendor relationships.

Maintain accurate inventory tracking across multiple locations and ensure timely order fulfillment.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement risk management strategies for supply shortages.

Generate purchase orders and inventory reports to support decision-making.

Ensure pricing integrity, quality control, and compliance with procurement policies.

Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency and enhance service delivery.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Expertise – 5+ years in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing (preferred).

Education – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with security integration and market trends (preferred).

Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smartsheet.

Problem Solver – Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Highly Organized – Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
