  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost-effective purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term vendor relationships.
  • Maintain accurate inventory tracking across multiple locations and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement risk management strategies for supply shortages.
  • Generate purchase orders and inventory reports to support decision-making.
  • Ensure pricing integrity, quality control, and compliance with procurement policies.

  • What We're Looking For:

  • Experience & Expertise – 5+ years in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing (preferred).
  • Education – Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge – Familiarity with security integration and market trends (preferred).
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Smartsheet.
  • Problem Solver – Strong analytical, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly Organized – Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
