The role will involve supplier relationship management, quality assurance, and efficient procurement processes.Job description:
- Create purchase orders based on the data provided by the sales department.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process.
- Keep Sales Director and clients informed of the order status and any potential impacts on operations.
- Ensure data accuracy and timeliness, and upload procurement data to the ERP system.
- Implement the warehousing statue, ensure that goods and purchase orders are consistent, and adopt response policies for missed and/or wrong orders.
- Check invoices, and create payment plans and purchase reports.
- Stay up-to-date about market trends, supplier capabilities, and industry dynamics.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, assess market conditions, and make informed decisions that align with the organization's goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Experience in Salesforce, Excel, and ERP
- 1 year of experience in procurement, supplier management, or related role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Bilingual in Mandarin (preferred)
