  • Review and approve all national account invoices along with resolving outstanding Accounts Payable issues
  • Manage national accounts - office supplies and furniture; corporate lodging hotel program
  • Support any and all functions across the Procurement Department as needed
  • Vendor vetting and setup - requesting and receiving required paperwork
Qualifications Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, with awareness of deadlines.
  • Ability to identify processes needing improvement, and to recommend improvements.
  • Ability to use independent judgment to make decisions.
  • Basic familiarity with accounts payable and accounting processes is a plus
