What You'll Do
- Partner with Product, Design and Engineering to understand new feature development and review requirements
- Create and implement test plans for our Web and Mobile applications
- Complete test passes as new features are built
- Run full regression tests periodically across all apps
- Log bug reports
- Attempt to reproduce issues we hear about from users in Production
- You will work closely with an experienced founding team and get exposed to the early days and decisions that will make a startup successful.
- As Here grows, your role will grow. We expect the early team to be exceptional, and to grow as exceptional leaders.
Our team is small--you'll be one of our first few hires--which means you'll have a lot of responsibility from the start. Here is an entirely new approach to video and personalization. At our most basic level, we're building the way people want to be together online with one another--we're making the OS for hanging out. We run lots of experiments, we take risks, we ship some really weird stuff. Why Join Here Here is where friends and communities hang out in fully customized (and personalized) online rooms. And there's nothing quite like it online. Here is changing that. We've grown a lot over the past 6 months, we run our own audio/video stack, and we're available on every major desktop web browser, native iOS and Android mobile web. We raised a lot of money from some of the top VCs and Angels in the world, but to be honest, we don't want you to come work with us because of that; we want you to come work with us because you believe people want to be together online, they just need the right place to do it-and we're going to build that place in Here. Our team is small (about 20 people as of July 2023) and distributed throughout the US. If you join, you will:
