Responsibilities Provide Production Support as needed Conduct application monitoring, coordinate troubleshooting, and verify resolutions for supported applications in a production environment Create and maintain incident and change management tickets related to production issues Provide communications to document incidents, resolutions, and root causes as required Help troubleshoot technical product issues as well as testing issues Facilitate expanded adoption and utilization of automated functional and regression testing, integrated into a DevSecOps framework Provide technical guidance to leadership and supported Agile teams on modern automated testing processes, tools, and methodologies Help define and refine testing internal processes and procedures to incorporate current automated testing processes, tools, and methodologies Perform and Support Application Quality Assurance Testing Participate in test strategy, test estimation and planning discussions Define appropriate test cases and conditions to validate assigned user stories Relay testing criteria, expectations, and requirements to team members helping facilitate QA testing, either manual or automated Develop and execute scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance, and usability testing as appropriate Create and maintain reusable test data for automation scripts Create and execute SQL scripts to be used for test validation Document, analyze and communicate test results and assist with defect management and resolution Review and maintain required project documentation in accordance with department procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or similar field of study or commensurate experience 3+ years related experience in Information Systems Test Engineering/Quality Assurance Experience performing QA Testing of mobile and web applications 18+ months experience in an automated testing environment, implementing and executing automated tests using either the Unified Functional Test (UFT) tool or Selenium Background in and understanding of current technologies and modern Software Engineering/Test Engineering technologies, processes, and tools Must exhibit a collaborative style and can share technical ideas and approaches with others Passion and commitment to Agile principles Position requires US Citizen Position is 12 months Position is open to local candidates as it is a hybrid schedule (on-site 4 days/week)
