Position: Quality Assurance RN

Preferred Experience: 2 years of manager/supervisor experience

Your Role:

As a Quality Assurance Nurse at Western Hills Retirement Village, you'll be at the forefront of providing exceptional care and leadership. Your responsibilities include:

* Lead new employee orientations and track ongoing staff training.

* Keep health records updated and ensure immunizations and infection control measures are on point.

* Investigate resident incidents and follow up with care planning and staff training.

* Coordinate the Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program.

* Conduct daily QA rounds and maintain infection control logs.

* Support emotional well-being by communicating compassionately with families and residents.

What You Bring:

* A valid Ohio RN license and a genuine passion for enriching lives.

* 2+ years of experience in healthcare, long-term care, or a skilled nursing facility preferred.

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.

* A collaborative spirit to empower and uplift your team.

* Bonus: Nursing Home Infection Preventionist certification.
