The QA Manager will: - Overall 5+ years of Project Management experience in implementing large scale projects (10+ Mn revenue)
- Proactive in client interactions and have hands on experience in handling clients effectively.
- Providing thought leadership, mentorship, and guidance to QA team members
- Onboarding, Training, and supervising QA team members
- Accomplishes quality assurance objectives by monitoring, reviewing, and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Have expertise in handling fixed bid and T&M projects.
- Meets financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing EV, controlling cost and maintain a healthy margin
- Experience in working in a Quality Assurance and Testing services capacity in a cross-functional, multivendor structure with clients .
What you'll bring: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project management, particularly in overseeing large-scale projects with revenue exceeding $10 million.
- Proven experience in quality assurance, with a strong understanding of QA methodologies and best practices.
