Description:

• Coordinates and facilitates routines to support reporting and delivery -e.g. process definition, status reviews, metric reporting, etc.
• Plans and coordinates metric reporting across multiple teams
• Facilitates dependency management /impediment removal for the defined metric reporting
• Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across teams to support program reporting needs
• Gathers/facilitates updates from source systems to obtain data extracts required to generate metric reporting
• Ensures that reporting metrics aligned with requirements by working with stakeholders
• Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards

Required Skills

• Advance excel user
• Fluent in Jira; Confluence
• Understand and user of Tableau reporting
• Experience in working on project using matured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models: i.e. Agile
• Financial Services Industry Acumen

Desired Skills

• 3-5 years Test experience
• 3-5 years Banking domain experience; prefer prior Client experience
• 3-5 years hands on test execution experience in a CI/CD environment
• 3-5 years of experience in software manual and automated testing
• Perform test and impact analysis on feature and story level jiras
• Create test metrics and report on test activities
• Managing and maintaining testing-related documentation, including test plans and project plans
• Experience coordinating tracking problems and communicating defects to developers as they occur
• Communicate with program internal and external stakeholder on matters related to testing (integration/UAT/ E2E/ Regression etc..)
• Working experience in a Global organization
• Working experience with onshore/offshore model
