Description:
- Coordinates and facilitates routines to support reporting and delivery -e.g. process definition, status reviews, metric reporting, etc.
- Plans and coordinates metric reporting across multiple teams
- Facilitates dependency management /impediment removal for the defined metric reporting
- Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across teams to support program reporting needs
- Gathers/facilitates updates from source systems to obtain data extracts required to generate metric reporting
- Ensures that reporting metrics aligned with requirements by working with stakeholders
- Ensures deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Skills
- Advance excel user
- Fluent in Jira; Confluence
- Understand and user of Tableau reporting
- Experience in working on project using matured Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies and models: i.e. Agile
- Financial Services Industry Acumen
Desired Skills
- 3-5 years Test experience
- 3-5 years Banking domain experience; prefer prior Client experience
- 3-5 years hands on test execution experience in a CI/CD environment
- 3-5 years of experience in software manual and automated testing
- Perform test and impact analysis on feature and story level jiras
- Create test metrics and report on test activities
- Managing and maintaining testing-related documentation, including test plans and project plans
- Experience coordinating tracking problems and communicating defects to developers as they occur
- Communicate with program internal and external stakeholder on matters related to testing (integration/UAT/ E2E/ Regression etc..)
- Working experience in a Global organization
- Working experience with onshore/offshore model
