QC Print and Mail Associate
Position will be on-site in Plano, TX
Full time employment, benefits and team atmosphere
Work Schedule: Sunday -Thursday, 2pm through 10:30pm
Pay: $17.50-$18.50
About the Quality Assurance Associate II role
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality standards within a print mail environment. Key duties include sampling the quality of work for all clients, entering data from prepared materials into our QMS system, and collaborating with the QC team to achieve productivity targets. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to provide support during audits, client visits, and uphold high quality standards. A successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, self-confidence, and the ability to work autonomously.

Responsibility Statements
* Reviews current processes and identifies trends within operations.
* Reviews work produced for errors and provides improvements when necessary.
* Evaluates for performance standards (SLAs) required under contract.
* Compares various sampling techniques and identifies correct samples for auditing.
* Evaluates workflow tools to run reports.
* Coaches Level 1 auditors on sampling techniques and business process knowledge.
* Reconciles transaction processing for data accuracy.
* Interacts with external auditors to include (SOC 1) Service and Organizational Control Report.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Complies with all policies and standards.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $17.50-$18.50 an hour.
