Come work for a globally known medical warehouse and grow your career in San Diego, CA!We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a QCIn this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and analyzing medical devices with precision and efficiencyThe ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality in a medical warehouse setting.Pay rate: $21.00 hrplus OT1st Shift: 5am-1:30pmPay rate $22.00 hrplus OT2nd Shift: 1:30pm-10pmPay rate $23.00hrplus OT3rd Shift: 10pm-5am*Perks*401-k, health, dental, vision and weekly pay on day one!30 min paid lunch for this positionDrug test not requiredMust have:-High School Diploma or GED - Product Inspection experience.- Experience performing visual inspections as per inspection procedures.- Oriented to detail.-One (1) to two (2)years' experience is desirable.Responsible for the efficient and effective performance of testing in conformance with regulations and standards.Responsibilities include inspection (Visual), analysis of results, determining the final disposition of some product and detecting nonconforming conditions.Works within clearly defined SOP's and/or scientific methods at the Final Inspection Area.Adheres to quality guidelinesComplies with regulations and standardsIdentifies basic non-compliance within regulations and standardsMaintains appropriate licenses / training / certifications, as neededProven ability to correctly interpret drawings and geometric dimensions and tolerancesAble to use standard measuring equipment including calipers, Random-Access memory (RAM) optic, micrometers, pin gauges, Gage blocks, etcis a plusPrevious experience participating in continuous improvement activities.
