Quality Management System CoordinatorFull-time, On-SiteSalaryPOSITION SUMMARY: The Quality Management System Coordinator will be responsible for managing the quality systems of the site, maintain the quality manual and the quality procedures as well as leading the internal quality audits. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following: Assist in the management of the Quality systems with preference to aerospace AS9100.Lead internal audits with preference for Lead Auditor certification. Maintains the company Quality Manual and Procedure Control. Assessment of suppliers. Control of all quality department related records. Assist with conducting quality audits (including Nadcap), identifying, documenting and providing solutions for non-conformances (NCR's), Corrective Actions (CAR's) . All other reasonable duties, as assigned. COMPETENCIES: Communication Proficiency.Decision Making.Organizational Skills. Proficient in Microsoft Work, Excel, and Power Point.Competent in Windows-based file structure maintenance. Problem Solving/Analysis.Results Driven.Technical Capacity. Thoroughness. Time Management.Technical writing experience preferredISO auditor skills required, AS9100 certified lead Auditor preferredMinimum 5 years aerospace experience in quality preferred. Six Sigma certification preferred. EDUCATION: 4-year bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline preferred. Experience in Manufacturing environment - prefer Aerospace, Medical Devices or Automotive. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $70,000 - $90,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, education, and geographic location.
