QUALIFIED MEDICATION AIDE (QMA)- 2ND SHIFT - GARDANT : Job Details

Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional and individualized care as determined by each resident's care plan

* Report changes in resident health status to the clinical team

* Connect with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting andpositive experience

* Engage in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences

* Comply with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information

* Perform any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* High School diploma or GED equivalent required

* Must hold certification indicating successful completion of Qualified Medication Aide (QMA) program in the State of Indiana

* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

* Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
