Infosys is seeking Quality Analyst Lead This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty; be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC OR be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.
Bachelor's degree foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
Minimum 7+ years of IT experience with relevant experience working in Functional/Automation Testing Project.
Experience in writing DB queries preferably for MS SQL Server
Experience in API testing using SOAPUI and POSTMAN.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with team.
Experience in working in Agile projects
Business knowledge in the Telecom domain/IVR Testing would be preferable.
Experience with ALM/Octane or any other Test Management Tool
Experience in Cyara Automation is a Plus
IVR platform : Avaya , NICE CxOne is plus
Should have ability to drive the project efforts and collaborate with multiple teams within the organization.
Should have go getter attitude and curiosity to learn new skills.
Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience
