Quality Assurance Analyst II - BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina : Job Details

Performs quality control audits to evaluate accuracy and effectiveness of departmental operations functions including, but not limited to, claims, membership, benefit files, customer service/call center, workflow, processing support systems, procedures, documentation, etc. Identifies problems, analyzes cause and effect, and makes recommendations for improvements. Description Logistics: This full-time (40 hours/week) position is located at 160 North Dozier Blvd. in Florence, SC, and is open Monday through Friday. Government Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance, which requires applicants to be a U.S. Citizen.
