About the Role

We are looking for a QA Architect to design and implement quality assurance standards and frameworks across our engineering organization. This role will establish testing architecture, develop quality strategies, and ensure our products meet high standards before release. This role is 100% on-site at our corporate Headquarters in New York City.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect comprehensive testing solutions for complex applications
• Design and implement test automation frameworks and infrastructure
• Establish quality metrics and KPIs to measure product quality
• Create technical documentation for testing standards and processes
• Lead technical test planning for major features and releases
• Implement advanced testing methodologies (performance, security, accessibility)
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on testing challenges
• Drive innovation in testing approaches and tooling

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of QA experience with focus on test architecture
• Strong understanding of testing architecture principles
• Advanced knowledge of our tech stack:
• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Databases: MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4j
• Testing: PyTest, Jest, Selenium, Cypress
• Experience building test automation frameworks from the ground up
• Expertise in API testing, frontend testing, and database testing
• Knowledge of performance testing principles and tools
• Experience implementing CI/CD testing pipelines
• Strong technical documentation and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice to Have

• Cloud testing experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Security testing background (OWASP)
• Experience with GraphQL testing
• Familiarity with containerization and microservices testing
