Quality Assurance Assistant (Hammond) POSITION TITLE: Quality Assurance Assistant DEPARTMENT: Quality Assurance IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: Quality Assurance & Compliance Manager DATE NEEDED: Immediately POSITION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE Essential functions of the Quality Assurance Assistant are the maintenance of master and archival document files, the collecting, organizing and distributing of QA and CGI data, compliance with QA's internal and external reporting procedures and performing clerical duties for the QA department. This position will now bw working out of Hammond (JW Davis). QUALIFICATIONS: Licenses: None Education: Completion of high school or equivalent. Some college is desirable. Experience: One year or more as secretary to department head, secretary to Hospital QA department, lab assistant, or background using statistical process controls. Specific Skills: Typing, dadabase and word processing, file management, good written and verbal communication skills, good math skills with statistical and graphing knowledge, ability to analyze situations and form recommendations, self starter and ability to set and manage priorities, 50-60 wpm typing
