Quality Assurance Specialist Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures Performing routine inspections and quality tests Identifying and resolving workflow and production issues Meet with and review all workflow and production issues with Regulatory/Compliance Manager weekly/monthly Meet with and review all workflow and production issues with department employees Provide additional training where and when needed Responsibilities Ensure that standards and safety regulations are observed. Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with all department management teams and Regulatory/Compliance Manager Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports. Make recommendations for improvement. Create training materials and operating manuals to be approved by Regulatory Compliance Manager Maintain and update all manuals according to any and all regulatory changes. Requirements and skills Proven work experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent data collection and analysis skills Excellent Mathematical skills Strong attention to detail Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist Benefits: Comprehensive benefits (medical, vision, and dental insurance) 401K plan PTO and dream days Company events Education Reimbursement
